Get Excel2MySQL
Simply download and try it. No need to install, since Excel2MySQL is a stand-alone exe. The trial is fully functional and can be used to test accuracy and performance against your own data. Without a license however, some random records will be loaded as blank. You need a license key to unlock the program.
Excel2MySQL is a different paradigm over existing tools which use a wizard and tedious field mapping. No field mapping needed, since field names are derived from header names. If you have no header, then field names are simply F1, F2, F3... Table names are derived from sheet names. Try it with a copy of your data, I think you'll be pleasantly surprised.
As always, it is a good idea to backup your database and run in a test environment first before running against important production data.
